We are based in Hamilton, Ontario and as such serve communities within this region namely Halton region, Hamilton, Stoney Creek and Ancaster at no added cost. Anywhere out of these listed regions may attract extra charges depending on the km involved.
We advise that you book as soon as possible to enable us serve you the best and because our calendar fills up pretty quickly. We invest time in ensuring that the meals, décor and setup meet your standards and this requires adequate planning. As a result, a 75% deposit is required to confirm your order, non payment at least 7 days prior to your event will result in a cancellation of the order.
While we would very much appreciate your order aligns with our menu offerings, we may be willing to accommodate your palate preferences. Please bear in mind this may attract extra charges.
After setup and display is completed, our team will stick around for a maximum of 5 hours or at the latest, 9PM. If your event goes beyond 9PM, there will be added charges of $30 per hour to accommodate unplanned costs on our end.
