Boil some water. In a large bowl, drop your tea bags, add in the boiled water and let it sit for 2 minutes before taking out the tea bags and pouring in the dried fruit. Keep overnight in your refrigerator.
Preheat your oven to 325℉.
In a mixing bowl, start off with the milk and 2 eggs, whisk until well combined.
Add in the unsweetened yoghurt, vanilla extract, melted butter, mix until combined.
Go in with the flour and allspice, mix before adding in the soaked fruit. If the dried fruit did not soak up all the tea, you can add in about 2-3 tbsp of it into the mixture.
Pour in the batter into your lined loaf pan or dish, transfer and let it bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
It is ready when an inserted skewer in the middle of the loaf comes out dry.
Coat with melted butter and let it sit to cool before cutting in.
